Wonderful customer service! We decided to buy local. We bought our living room furniture and mattress set from them. We had a problem with our recliner, talked to them about the issue. just a short message to tell you how pleased we are with our Douglas Chairs--very sturdy and well constructed. They surpassed our expectations. We purchased them from Meiselwitz furniture. 

Meiselwitz Furniture is the best. I looked at a lot of furniture stores before deciding on Meiselwitz. They are a local company, but they are competitively priced with the chain stores. Not only do they have good pricing, they have quality products and great customer service. My 24 year old Flex Steel sofa and love seat held up to my busy family, so I wanted Flex Steel again. Meiselwitz has a great selection that I picked what I wanted, as well as, my Sister and Daughter also found Flex Steel styles that fit their homes. Thanks Mike and Bill.

Bill Curry is a very professional and caring salesperson. Having these products built right here in Wisconsin is important to a lot of us. Also, having the product warranted and backed up by people who live almost next door also puts our mind at ease. The process of buying my new sectional sofa was easy and pain free. I stopped in to the show room. Explained what I was looking for to the sales person. Was brought right to the sofa I was looking for. We went over options for the sectional, the fabric, and the reclining. Was given a price estimate. I called a few days later was able to order the sofa I requested and was able to get the sofa at a slightly less price than I was quoted.

Free delivery and they removed my old sofa at no cost to me. The fabric we picked out was designed to handle spills and messes. Thankfully it does because my children have tested time and time again and it cleans up with water and a sponge.

Overall a great experience at Meiselwitz Furniture and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

It was such a pleasure doing business with Meiselwitz Furniture. We love our new couch. I had literally given up finding a couch and then we found your store, and there it was sitting there in your showroom, on clearance and a Flexsteel no less! WOW! I want to compliment your delivery person too. Your newest employee asked if I wanted to vacuum and I told him that I could not because of lower back issues. He was kind enough to offer. I was floored to say the least and them he told me it was his first day. What an impression he made. Both gentlemen were very personable and it was so nice working with them. You can be very proud of your staff. We shall return to do further business with Meiselwitz Furniture in the future.

Meiselwitz Furniture gave us a great deal on the top of the line Flexsteel power reclining leather sofa and a Restonic mattress. The sofa looks great and they even have free delivery. The staff was pleasant to work with and they have a great showroom. I highly recommend Meiselwitz to anyone looking for furniture.
